General Terms
Refundable Cases
We may offer a refund in the following cases:
A. Purchased by Mistake (within 24 hours)
A refund may be granted if:
- The request is submitted within 24 hours of the purchase time; and
- You provide the Order ID and purchase email; and
- The purchase is clearly accidental (e.g., wrong product/plan), and there is no evidence of misuse or abuse (such as repeated refund requests).
B. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product/plan more than once, we will refund the duplicate order(s) after verification.
C. Unresolved Technical Issue
If there is a technical issue that prevents normal use of the paid features on supported systems (Windows 7/10/11), and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days after you report the issue (with reasonable cooperation and required details such as logs/screenshots), a refund may be granted.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

Processing
- We typically review requests within 1–3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
