  • After purchasing the product, you did not contact our support team and instead purchased similar software from other companies.

  • The purchase has been made for more than 30 days since the first payment date.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

2. The following purchases are refundable

  • There is a problem with the product, and the support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
